Atlanta, Ga.-I recently had a newborn, nature session with a precious baby girl! This is the first time that one of my newborn sessions took place primarily outdoors. Once I saw the beautiful landscape around her home, I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for little Remie’s newborn session. Not to mention, it was the first day, since April, that it was below 90 degrees, so it was just meant to be. Little Remie loved the sounds of the birds chirping and the leaves blowing in the breeze; it put her right to sleep.
Here are some of my faves from her session:
I loved this in between moment, when daddy was about to kiss mommy on the nose . . . so sweet!
Remie wanted to hold mommy and daddy’s hands.
This series totally reminded me of Twilight. I LOVED this awesomely HUGE tree surrounded by ivy.
I saw their dining room table, and knew that I had to get at least one shot of Remie on it. This table was constructed out of GORGEOUS solid wood planks. They said it weighs over 300lbs. AMAZING!!!
Both mommy and daddy are grads of FSU, so we had to get a shot of Remie in her game day booties!
Atlanta, Ga.-Well, another beautiful baby has entered the world! As you may remember from her maternity session, April (aka: the most AWESOME graphic designer “chik” in the whole world), was expecting a baby boy. A few weeks ago, he entered the world and made his family’s lives complete. He is so precious and so sweet, I could’ve stayed there all day taking pictures.
As you’ll see, we took some breaks so that he could refuel, but there was no time to waste! His big sister, Carly had her own photo shoot planned. So the girls went off to her room to play (cough, cough, I mean take pictures). :)
As always, I had a great time and am so honored that they let me come and capture Logan’s sweetness!
World, it’s my pleasure to introduce Logan:
His nursery was so adorable, it was space themed, with vintage toy accents.
She had every piece of jewelry from her jewelry box on! It was so adorable!
All you comic book fans, should be able to piece this together. Yes, Logan was named after Wolverine!!! How awesome is that?!!
I love this, they already act alike!!!!

Atlanta, Ga.-About 2 months ago, I had a great time with Amanda & Fouad, at their maternity session. I can remember she was having cravings for the peach milkshakes from Chick-fil-A and eagerly awaiting the arrival of her baby girl. Well, the time has come, and that precious little sweetheart has finally arrived . . . a week late, but who’s counting! ;) Her parents said she was well worth the wait.
While I was at their home for the Baby E’s newborn session, I glanced over at a picture of a pretty baby girl. I asked Fouad, “is that baby E?” He replied, “no, that’s Amanda when she was a baby.” OH MY GOODNESS, they look EXACTLY alike!!! I think it’s safe to say that Baby E gets her good looks from mommy!
