Baby Remie-Atlanta Newborn Photographer:

Atlanta, Ga.-I recently had a newborn, nature session with a precious baby girl!  This is the first time that one of my newborn sessions took place primarily outdoors.  Once I saw the beautiful landscape around her home, I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for little Remie’s newborn session.  Not to mention, it was the first day, since April, that it was below 90 degrees, so it was just meant to be.  Little Remie loved the sounds of the birds chirping and the leaves blowing in the breeze; it put her right to sleep.

Here are some of my faves from her session:

I loved this in between moment, when daddy was about to kiss mommy on the nose . . . so sweet!

Remie wanted to hold mommy and daddy’s hands.

This series totally reminded me of Twilight.  I LOVED this awesomely HUGE tree surrounded by ivy.

I saw their dining room table, and knew that I had to get at least one shot of Remie on it.  This table was constructed out of GORGEOUS solid wood planks.  They said it weighs over 300lbs.  AMAZING!!!

Both mommy and daddy are grads of FSU, so we had to get a shot of Remie in her game day booties!

Baby Logan-Atlanta Newborn Photographer:

Atlanta, Ga.-Well, another beautiful baby has entered the world!  As you may remember from her maternity session, April (aka: the most AWESOME graphic designer “chik” in the whole world), was expecting a baby boy.  A few weeks ago, he entered the world and made his family’s lives complete.  He is so precious and so sweet, I could’ve stayed there all day taking pictures.

As you’ll see, we took some breaks so that he could refuel, but there was no time to waste!  His big sister, Carly had her own photo shoot planned.  So the girls went off to her room to play (cough, cough, I mean take pictures).  :)

As always, I had a great time and am so honored that they let me come and capture Logan’s sweetness!

World, it’s my pleasure to introduce Logan:

His nursery was so adorable, it was space themed, with vintage toy accents.

She had every piece of jewelry from her jewelry box on! It was so adorable!

All you comic book fans, should be able to piece this together.  Yes, Logan was named after Wolverine!!!  How awesome is that?!!

I love this, they already act alike!!!!

Riva+Clark-Atlanta Wedding Photographer:

Atlanta, Ga.-A couple of weekends ago, I had so much fun capturing the day that Riva and Clark got married.  You may remember their engagement session.  I knew that this wedding would be gorgeous because Riva has exquisite taste.  Every detail from the Granny Smith Apple centerpieces to the cookies served with milk shots was amazing!

Riva was an absolutely stunning bride, and it was such a beautiful moment to watch Clark see her for the first time.  The way his eyes lit up when he turned around, he was in awe!

It was one of the best times that I’ve had at a wedding, their families and friends were so sweet and hilarious!

Riva & Clark: thank you again for choosing me to capture your special day, it was a total pleasure!

Sweet Baby E!-Atlanta Newborn Photographer:

Atlanta, Ga.-About 2 months ago, I had a great time with Amanda & Fouad, at their maternity session.  I can remember she was having cravings for the peach milkshakes from Chick-fil-A and eagerly awaiting the arrival of her baby girl.  Well, the time has come, and that precious little sweetheart has finally arrived . . . a week late, but who’s counting! ;)  Her parents said she was well worth the wait.

While I was at their home for the Baby E’s newborn session, I glanced over at a picture of a pretty baby girl.  I asked Fouad, “is that baby E?”  He replied, “no, that’s Amanda when she was a baby.” OH MY GOODNESS, they look EXACTLY alike!!!  I think it’s safe to say that Baby E gets her good looks from mommy!

Anthropologie Wedding-Atlanta Wedding Photographer:

Atlanta, Ga.-A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with Sara D. Harper Photography.  I was her second shooter for a wedding that was inspired by Anthropologie.  The bride was gorgeous in her old Hollywood wedding gown . . . which fit her like a glove!  The flowers, decor, and locations were to die for; I was in Heaven capturing their wedding day unfold.

Their ceremony took place in a stone sanctuary (Decatur First United Methodist), which was built during the civil war.  The light that streamed through the windows was very dramatic and complemented the style of the wedding perfectly.  The entire wedding party rode from the church to the reception on the MARTA.  It was awesome, so be sure to check out Sara’s blog for the MARTA images.  The reception was at the Trolley Barn.  It was a great location for an Anthropologie inspired wedding.

Enough talk, let’s get to the images:
